A Bit of History - Founded in 1955 by Kenneth W. Althoff as a small, family-owned business specializing in importing European products, Seasons of Cannon Falls has grown to be an industry leader in designing and distributing seasonal and year-round giftware and home decor. The company joined the Blyth family in 2001.

Business Segments - As a wholesale distributor, Midwest utilizes catalogs, gift shows and a network of sales representatives to sell products to a customer base of more than 22,000. Midwest customers include fine department stores, specialty gift stores, and direct mail order companies. In addition, Midwest also custom designs and manufactures exclusive product for sale under private label.
